This role is focused on developing relationships within the architectural, design, contractor, and property management communities in Eugene and surrounding areas. ●Consistently prospect and develop new business within the architectural, commercial, and contractor segments ●Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, painting contractors, and facility decision-makers ●Promote and secure product specifications on commercial and residential projects ●Track projects from specification through completion to ensure successful conversion to sales ●Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ●Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product systems and solutions ●Conduct product presentations, job-site visits, and lunch-and-learns to influence specification and purchasing decisions ●Collaborate with store, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction ●Use digital sales tools (CRM, Outlook, Teams, ERP systems) daily to manage pipeline and customer activity ●Negotiate pricing within company guidelines while maintaining strategic margins ●Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account updates ● Disciplined CRM user with strong pipeline management skills ● Competitive base salary + Quarterly Compensation Plan This Role Is NOT for You If…
