Landscape Architectural Sales - Education / Parks & Recreation

Our client is a leading manufacturer of recreation equipment and amenities. Seeking an Architectural Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about in the marketplace. Target focus includes: Architectural Contractors and Landscape Contractors. Presentations are made to clients (Lunch and Learns), therefore you must possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Landscape ArchitectureMin. 3+ years of B2B Sales experience selling into the architecture and design industryBackground working in or with architecture officesKnowledge/Understanding of public sector applications such as parks and schools a plusKnowledge/Understanding of Architecture industry and landscape architectureProven track record of cold calling and prospectingSeeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship salesExcellent presentation and communication skillsDocumented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goalsExcellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailSolid experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM requiredAbility to travel within territory and attend American Institute of Architects / American Society of Landscape Architects events/meetings

Offering:

Base Salary $95,000 - $100,000 + BonusYear 1 @ plan $150,000 with no capQuarterly and Year-end Bonus IncentiveExpenses: Car Allowance + Gas, TravelFull Benefits Package
