Architectural Solutions Project Designer

Position Title: Architectural Solutions Project Designer FLSA Classification: Exempt Positions Supervised: None Key Responsibilities: Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry along with project management assist.Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritizationExecute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICEExperience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP consultants.Other duties as assigned
