Architectural Solutions Leader

This role acts as a trusted advisor—connecting design intent, construction knowledge, and business outcomes to create demand for prefabricated interior construction and architectural product solutions. Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, brokers, owners, and end users.Serve as the primary external representative for the architectural business, creating confidence in the company’s expertise, solutions, and execution capabilities.Influence project specifications through education, consultation, and early design involvement.Lead discovery meetings, need assessments, and solution-development discussions.Provide technical guidance on prefabricated construction systems and project applications.Deliver presentations, CEUs, product demonstrations, and thought-leadership sessions.Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to develop winning solutions.Represent the company at industry associations, networking events, and market functions.Share competitive intelligence, market trends, and client feedback with leadership.
