Position Title: Architectural Solutions Project Designer

Reports to: Director of Architectural Solutions

Positions Supervised: None

Position Overview:

Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within

budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position

that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work

toward a successful team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s projectbudget, design task completions, and quality of design work.Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entryalong with project management assist.Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.Understand architectural product, including order preparation, projectmanagement, order management, and delivery/installation.Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation,negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritizationExecute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICEExperience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEPconsultants.Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Required/Preferred

BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture RequiredProficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore RequiredAdditional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods
