This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring our products are included in the design and specification phases of commercial construction projects. This position is best described as a Specification Sales / Business Development role within the commercial building products industry. While the position may not be responsible for directly closing sales transactions, it is responsible for influencing the specification process, creating demand, building relationships with architects and designers, and driving revenue growth by ensuring products are designed into projects before they reach the bid stage. Promote the company's products and door-opening solutions through architectural lunch-and-learn presentations, customer visits, and educational programs. Experience in specification sales, architectural sales, or technical sales within the building materials industry preferred.
