Architectural Staff

Responsibilities Develop creative, functional, and code-compliant architectural design solutionsPrepare and coordinate construction documents and technical drawingsSupport project delivery from conceptual design through construction administrationCoordinate with consultants, engineers, clients, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in project planning, scheduling, and documentation effortsAssist with problem-solving and design coordination throughout the project lifecycleContribute to client meetings, presentations, and project discussionsEnsure projects align with client goals, budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited programArchitectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferredExperience with healthcare, commercial, education, residential, hospitality, civic, or public sector projects preferredProficiency in architectural design toolsStrong communication, organization, and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of building systems, construction documentation, and applicable building codesPassion for design excellence, sustainable design, and professional growth Why Join H+M Design Group H+M Design Group is a full-service Architecture, Planning, Engineering, and Interior Design firm rooted in creating inspiring places and strengthening communities.
