KieranTimberlake is seeking architectural staff to join our Philadelphia studio. Our projects span civic, academic, cultural, and institutional work, and you’ll work alongside colleagues who engage deeply across all phases, from early design through construction administration, and who are invested equally in design and documentation.

Your Role

Architectural staff have an important role supporting design and project documentation tasks. Depending on experience, this may mean actively participating in the design process and contributing to design development, translating design intent into drawings and documentation, or iterating design ideas under guidance.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to the planning, design, and documentation of projects of multiple scales and typesHelp produce architectural details and assemblies that support building performance and design intentContribute to technical research and detailing effortsSupport construction administration activitiesAssist in preparation of client and stakeholder design presentationsParticipate in the coordination of design efforts and deliverables of design consultants and project team

Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly and proactively, collaborates well, and can work with independence and sound judgment toward deadlines in an iterative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications Include

2 to 4 years of experience in architectural practiceProfessional degree in architectureStrong design and documentation skillsDeveloping understanding of building technology across multiple areasFamiliarity with performance-based or research-informed design approachesProficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Bluebeam Revu/Studio

Experience with Grasshopper, Dynamo, and EnscapeExperience with digital fabrication, mock-ups, and prototypes of materials and assembliesDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices
