Deliver Results Create comprehensive architectural models, contract documents, and technical specifications for small-to-moderately complex projects.Incorporate building codes, sustainability principles, material standards, and project requirements into detailed design documentation.Coordinate technical design work with internal teams, external consultants, engineers, and construction administration partners to support multidisciplinary integration.Develop project specifications that align with architectural drawings and support a seamless transition from design through documentation.Review reports, submittals, drawings, estimates, and calculations for technical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project scope.Resolve project documentation and field-related issues, including unforeseen site conditions, code compliance concerns, and construction documentation discrepancies.Communicate regularly with senior staff, project managers, clients, consultants, and team members to maintain clarity around project progress, changes, deliverables, and timelines.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience required for professional licensure.Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate architectural experience.Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.Ability to create architectural models, technical drawings, contract documents, and specifications.Working knowledge of building codes, technical documentation standards, sustainability principles, and QA/QC review practices.Comfort using standard technology tools, software platforms, and search engines.Strong collaboration, communication, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Architecture.NCARB registration.AIA membership.LEED AP BD+C certification.Experience mentoring junior staff or providing technical guidance to project team members.Experience participating in Lessons Learned, QA/QC, or continuous improvement processes.
