Intermediate-level staff who may be licensed or actively pursuing licensure. Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs. Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with similar scope projectsBachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, or Master of Architecture degreeIntermediate-level staff; licensed or actively pursuing licensureDemonstrated high knowledge across multiple projects of specific components, systems, and/or portions of the overall project design and delivery process, applying knowledge independently within the team contextResponsibilities Develop design and/or technical documentation preparation and perform tasks under supervision of senior project architect, project architect, and senior/project designerEngage in tasks that are the responsibility of the project architect and project designerProduce graphic presentations, design models for design studies, and presentationsEstablish and maintain select client and consultant communication with supervised independenceAccountable for successful completion of assigned tasksProvide mentoring for project team membersSkillsets
