Role Description The Architectural Staff, Level II role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wellesley, MA. This team member will support project architects and designers in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and presentation materials across multiple project phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and coordinating architectural documents, assisting with design development and technical detailing, and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants. The role will also involve participating in client meetings, incorporating feedback into design solutions, and ensuring that deliverables align with project schedules, quality standards, and sustainability goals. The position offers opportunities to contribute to integrated design work across architecture and related disciplines.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience contributing to design development and construction documentation.Ability to apply Solution Architecture and Integration skills to coordinate building systems, details, and interdisciplinary inputs.Effective Communication skills, including clear visual, written, and verbal communication with team members, consultants, and clients.Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.6+ years of relevant architectural experience in a professional design firm environment.Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and sustainable design principles.Progress toward architectural licensure and LEED or similar sustainability accreditation is preferred.
