Involvement with pre-design and programming phases of a project.Overseeing the production of design documents.Managing clients with multiple projects.Maintaining relationships with clients to provide a high level of service.Guiding and producing all document phases of a project, SD, DD, CD and CA.Coordinating project consultant efforts.Consults in the planning, design and coordination of large complex projects.Responsible for technical design aspects of an assigned major project including investigation, evaluation and recommendations.Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.Knowledge of local building code is required.Serving as the technical leader and project manager for significant development projects. 6 or more years of architecture practice experience (including at least 3 years of U.S. experience)Strong design portfolio.Strong experience with Revit .
