Architectural Staff Level II

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Staff Level II (Licensed or Non-Licensed) position based in Greater Cleveland. The role involves contributing to architectural design projects, working collaboratively on solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration into existing designs, and developing detailed plans for new builds, renovations, and additions. The candidate will engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that align with client needs and the firm’s industry standards. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and construction detailing Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration to develop cohesive and functional designs Excellent Communication skills for client collaboration, team discussions, and presenting design concepts effectively Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with local construction codes and regulations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus but not mandatory Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering client-focused, high-quality work Previous experience with residential architecture is preferred
