Position Description
We are seeking an exceptional Architectural Staff Level II who is capable of coordinating multiple architectural projects to ensure effective execution. The candidate is technically proficient and can develop plans. Additionally, this candidate is experienced in construction documents, coordinating consultants, and able to interact well with project staff, other team members, and clients. A prospective candidate demonstrates a strong ability to interpret and apply codes and regulations, meet scheduled deadlines, and produce high-quality project documentation.
Basic Skills & Responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple architectural projectsUnderstanding of building and life safety codesSkilled in construction documentsStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsDemonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for thinking ahead to meet project goalsMotivated, accountable, and flexible with the ability to teach, and give directionProfessional demeanorProject travel is requiredMaster’s degree in Architecture is requiredMinimum 6+ years of experience in an Architectural firmProficiency in BIM software, SketchUp, and BluebeamExperience in Senior Living, Multifamily, or Student HousingMust be legally authorized to work for an employer in the United States
