Position Overview:

Professional degree in Architecture (undergraduate or graduate), plus three to five years of post-graduate working experience. Competent to independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural processes for projects of moderate size and complexity. Demonstrable familiarity with Construction Document process, CA processes, and other skills based on working experience. As an Architectural Staff, you must have skills to write Assessment reports, write Field Reports, Meeting Minutes, and other architectural deliverables. Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations

Responsibilities:

Ability to work independently with project leaders to meet project deadlines.
Generate drawings, diagrams, sketches, and other graphic material during all project phases.
Participation in preparation of comprehensive drawing sets from concept design through construction documents.
Perform building condition assessments, prepare reports, and provide recommendations with guidance from project leaders.
Other tasks as assigned.
