You will work directly alongside our current lead architect and project manager, supporting and collaborating on active projects while bringing your own expertise and initiative to the table. Work closely with and directly support our lead architect /project manager —collaborating on active projects, filling coverage gaps, and ensuring continuity across all ongoing work.Lead and produce high-quality architectural cut stone shop drawings, cut tickets for fabricators, and technical plans using AutoCAD and related software.Manage projects from kickoff through closeout — tracking timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.Perform detailed take-offs and quantity estimations for stone, tile, and building material projects with precision.Conduct job site visits to collect field measurements, verify on-site conditions, and identify discrepancies between design and reality.Serve as the primary point of coordination between ownership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients — ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations.Prepare and maintain all project documentation: drawing revisions, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project reports.Establish and enforce drawing standards, version control, and file organization protocols across all projects.Mentor and oversee support staff or drafting assistants as the team grows.Participate in business development conversations, providing technical insight during client consultations and proposals.
