Company Description: Meijia Construction Engineering LLC is an architecture and construction firm based in Los Angeles, CA, providing full-service structural design and permitting solutions for residential and commercial projects. We are expanding our team to better serve our growing client base in Southern California.
Role Description: We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese/English) Architectural Structural Designer to join our Los Angeles team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate holds a valid California Architect License and has hands-on experience in both concrete structural design and the California building permit filing process. This role will be instrumental in helping our firm take on external client projects.
Qualifications:
California Licensed Architect (AIA or equivalent) required
Proven experience in concrete structural design (混凝土结构设计) required
Experienced in California building permit filing and approval process (报建) required
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English strongly preferred
Proficiency in CAD and structural design software
Familiarity with Los Angeles and California building codes and regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90060
