Your experience in construction administration, field observations, and quality assurance will be essential for successful project execution. Conducting field observations and site visits to track construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and contract requirements.Acting as the primary point of contact for construction administration tasks during project execution.Managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change documentation effectively.Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to identify and resolve on-site issues.Documenting contractor progress, project risks, and site conditions through detailed reports and photographic evidence.Conducting constructability reviews to identify areas for project execution improvement.Reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and compliance with project standards.Monitoring construction quality through diligent oversight of workmanship and material installations.Assisting project managers with documentation management and project communications.Evaluating contractor requests and providing informed recommendations.Maintaining organized project records and documentation systems.Supporting project closeout efforts, including punch-list activities and related documentation.Handling complex assignments with limited supervision.Mentoring junior staff and serving as a technical resource for project team members.In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals in an environment that champions technical expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction administration or related fields.Proven experience supporting construction administration throughout project execution.Solid background in managing RFIs, submittals, and contractor communications.Experience conducting field observations and documenting construction progress.Strong knowledge of construction methods, project delivery processes, and constructability reviews.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.Preferred Qualifications: The base salary range for this role is $66,000.00 to $103,200.00, with pay determined by work location and experience.
