We are currently hiring for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron on a contract basis As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of various architectural projects This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the field and a passion for architectureResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects and other team members to develop design conceptsConduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project developmentUse CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D modelsAssist with preparing project proposals budgets and timelinesCommunicate with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the projectEnsure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standardsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as neededRequirementsBachelors degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural firm or similar settingProficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or RevitKnowledge of building materials construction techniques and building codesStrong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team membersPreferred QualificationsExperience working on commercial or residential projectsFamiliarity with sustainable design practicesKnowledge of BIM software such as ArchiCAD or VectorworksThis is a contract position that includes accommodation Candidates must have their own visa to work in AkronWomen are encouraged to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
