You will own the technical execution of projects from initial schematics through construction administration. What You Will DoBuild the Foundation: Translate point cloud data into precise Revit As-Builts.Drive the Drawings: Develop SD, DD, and CD sets based on sketches and redlines.Detailing: Model existing and proposed architectural details with a strict focus on constructability and building science.Coordinate: Seamlessly integrate consultant data into the central Revit model.Optimize: Manage, update, and improve the firm’s central Revit template.Navigate Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings accurately incorporate local and state building codes.Site Verification: Visit project sites to verify field conditions (reliable, all-weather vehicle required).
