Position Summary
----------------

Edgewood Properties is building something people want to live in - and this role is about making sure they can see it before it exists. The Architectural Visualization Artist transforms architectural plans, Revit/BIM models, and design concepts into photo-realistic renderings, animations, and interactive visual presentations that bring projects to life for ownership, stakeholders, and the public.

This is a creative and technical role that sits at the intersection of architecture, design, and visual storytelling. The right candidate has a sharp eye for light, composition, and realism, and understands enough about how buildings are actually designed and built to get the details right. The team here moves fast across a broad portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects - the work is varied, the quality bar is high, and there's real room to grow. A strong portfolio is required.
