Orion Innovation is seeking an experienced CI/CD Architect to lead enterprise DevSecOps initiatives and establish scalable, secure continuous delivery standards. This role is hands-on and focused on implementing solutions, conducting POCs, and driving adoption across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise CI/CD architecture, standards and reference implementations using Harness.

Design and implement reusable Harness pipelines and pipeline templates to standardize delivery patterns.

Establish CI/CD Gold Standards covering build, test, security, artifact management, releases, approvals and rollback strategies.

Build hands-on POCs and reference implementations across microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud-native stacks.

Implement deployment strategies such as rolling, blue/green, canary and progressive delivery.

Integrate CI/CD with version control, security tooling, ITSM, artifact repositories, observability and infrastructure-as-code workflows.

Assess and modernize existing CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) and provide clear migration recommendations.

Establish governance, reusable frameworks and adoption guidelines; track CI/CD metrics to measure impact.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD and enterprise CI/CD architecture and implementation.

Strong DevSecOps knowledge and experience implementing security gates and controls within pipelines.

Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP), Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes delivery patterns.

Solid Git and pipeline-as-code skills, plus scripting/automation using Python or Bash.

Experience integrating CI/CD with AWS and Azure cloud services and common platform tools.

Experience delivering POCs and production-grade implementations across diverse technology stacks.

Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication and ability to drive adoption across engineering teams.

Non-negotiable: Dynatrace experience including evangelization/onboarding of applications and the ability to demonstrate gold-standard implementations.
