We are a nationally recognized architecture firm headquartered in Fairlawn, OH, specializing in Multifamily projects including Hospitality, Senior Housing, and Retail. We develop our own projects—no client marketing required. Assist with the preparation of drawings, models, and design presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Support project teams in planning, programming, and conceptual design tasks.
Contribute to the development and coordination of construction documents, specifications, and technical details.
Participate in project coordination with internal team members and external consultants.
Help respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and field-related issues as directed.
Attend site visits with senior staff and assist with field reports and punch lists.
Assist with managing project schedules, documentation, and quality control efforts.
Professional Degree in Architecture (B.internships or co‑ops are a plus.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related visualization tools.
Strong organizational abilities with a willingness to learn workflows and project management skills.
Progress toward Architectural Registration encouraged but not required.
