ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERREPORTS TO Director of Architecture

TEAM Architecture

This role involves architectural production work, including BIM modeling, detailing, and the creation of project construction documents. You'll also engage with clients and occasionally travel to project sites for scoping existing conditions or observing construction.

As an Architectural Designer, you will assist a Lead Architect with a variety of duties, such as creating computer models, drafting, conducting code research, and applying process knowledge as part of a client's program. You'll work within an integrated team environment, coordinating with Cyntergy's in‑house engineers and facilitating workflow between different disciplines.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred

Experience in architectural document production

Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to identify and correctly respond to project needs
