The Architect II produces high-quality designs and construction documents (drawings, specifications, and reports), develops cost opinions and bid-ready contract documents, and collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other partners to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Spicer Group is a multi-disciplinary engineering, surveying, and planning company. Conducts design reviews at project milestones. Prepares Preliminary Opinion of Cost (POC) documents at various stages of the design and present them to the client for review and adjust the design as necessary to meet the client’s budget Conducts site visits to monitor the progress of construction and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials
