Intermediate Architectural Designer

Three Studio Architecture and Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our practice and play a leading role in shaping innovative, design-driven projects across New York City. This position is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise and a passion for mentorship.

Lead design development from concept through construction documentation across a variety of project types.

Participate in client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design intent and project vision.

Stay current with emerging trends, building materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements, bringing fresh ideas and technical rigor to the studio’s work.

Professional degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated involvement through all project phases.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar architectural design software.

Skilled in visualization and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
