The Division of Administration/Office of State Buildings has a vacancy. In addition to the duties described below, this position serves as a senior advisor and expert to agency staff and user agencies in the maintenance and planning of all facilities owned or managed by the Division of Administration (DOA). This position provides functional supervision over contracted designers, contractors, and other professional consultants, as well as regulatory oversight of state agencies for the administration of the capital construction budget. Ensures designers enforce compliance with construction documents, quality standards, construction industry standards, DOA policies, regulatory requirements, and contract terms. Ensures compliance with budgets, technical and industry standards, DOA policies, building codes, and consultant contracts.
