Snowflake’s product roadmap has expanded to meet a wider range of customer needs and is a major player in the data ecosystem that is well-positioned for continued growth and strategic alignment with our work.As an Architect for the Snowflake CoE you will be expected to:* Lead a small to medium size agile program pod to deliver cutting-edge solutions utilizing the Snowflake ecosystem and adjacent technologies to deliver holistic solutions. * Work as the Solution Architect of a delivery pod with a Delivery Owner to design complex delivery patterns, implement solutions, and build components of our clients’ data platform solutions. * Collaborate closely with other Slalom data leaders to drive sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational excellence across the capability* Act as a Snowflake SME, supporting business development efforts and guiding clients through best practices in architecture, core data engineering, and scalable analytics* Be a mentor and thought leader, regularly recommending emerging technologies and tools that align with client goals and future-state data strategies* Bring a business-first lens to every conversation, driving impactful, tech-enabled outcomes that elevate our clients’ competitive edge* Embody Slalom’s core values and culture, bringing authenticity, curiosity, and care into every interactionWhat You’ll BringAs an Architect in the Snowflake CoE capability, you will bring a curious mindset to your client’s engagement, a thirst for knowledge, and a hunger for fearless experimentation in new and interesting ways to meet our clients’ most pressing data challenges. * Requirements:* 8+ years of data engineering experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake delivery and or development experience.
