Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Architecture Associate to join our talented team. In this role, you will collaborate on diverse projects, assisting in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management. Your passion for sustainable design and proficiency with CAD and BIM tools will help us create impactful spaces that meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Develop construction drawings and detailed documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and other CAD software.
Create accurate 3D models and renderings utilizing 3ds Max, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and related tools to visualize architectural concepts.
Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery within scope.
Conduct building code analysis and ensure compliance with construction accessibility regulations and regulatory standards.
Support project management activities including contract administration, construction management, and coordination with contractors during renovation or new builds.
Prepare construction accessibility documentation and ensure adherence to building code compliance throughout all phases of design.
Contribute to sustainable design initiatives by integrating environmentally responsible practices into project workflows.

Experience

Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction documentation with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills.
Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Bluebeam and NavisWorks for coordination and review purposes.
Hands-on experience with construction estimating, budgeting, and negotiation processes.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials.
Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools like Revit for integrated project delivery.
Construction experience or background in interior design is highly desirable to enhance project versatility.
Ability to interpret building codes and construction regulations while maintaining attention to detail in all deliverables.
