Architectural design and process management play a critical role in Homebound's ability to deliver high-quality homes efficiently across multiple markets. The Architecture Associate is responsible for coordinating outside architects and consultants during pre-construction, ensuring that plan designs deliver on the needs of a particular market and homebuyer, comply with Homebound standards, and are ready on schedule for permitting and construction. In addition to managing project execution, this role also supports the development and evolution of Homebound's plan series and home product, helping ensure that our homes balance production efficiency with thoughtful, high-quality residential architecture. Design Quality & Architectural Standards • Review architectural drawings and models to ensure compliance with Homebound architectural templates and construction specifications.
