This role supports the planning, design, and documentation of architectural projects—including master planning, site planning, building programming, conceptual design, and construction documentation—working under the general supervision of Principals, Studio Leaders, Project Managers, and Senior Architects. The ideal candidate brings strong design and technical skills along with experience managing moderate-risk, multi-phase projects, including those with higher levels of complexity. You will play an active role in design problem-solving, client interaction, and project coordination.

Develop creative design concepts and translate them into well-coordinated architectural solutions

Prepare and produce Revit models and drawings for design development and construction documentation

Participate in client discussions to review design direction, clarify project needs, and propose design solutions

Assist with master planning, site planning, building planning, programming, schematic concepts, design development, and documentation

Support conceptual and schematic design phases through 2D and 3D modeling, renderings, and digital presentations

Conduct zoning reviews and analyze building codes to ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements

Prepare material boards and graphic presentations for internal and client review

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and architectural experience

Minimum 3 years of experience managing project tasks or coordinating multiple project activities

Experience in site planning, zoning analysis, and building code research

Proficient in Revit

Bonus Points:

Working knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or other rendering/visualization tools
