The Architect, with some supervision from the Manager of Architecture assists in the development of the design work; leads in the production of technical drawings and specifications; and assumes in-house contract administration duties on projects of moderate size and complexity. Assume primary responsibility for the daily activities of the architectural project team, progress of the work and technical quality of the Construction Documents (drawings and specifications). Proficient at architectural graphic standards and construction drawing set organization and development. Identify changes to the scope of the work and related repercussions on project schedule and budget. Advise the Manager of Architecture (VP or Director) of changes in the staffing requirements for projects.
