Architecture & Design Director - Digital Products

Collaborates with leadership to align architecture initiatives with business goals, ensuring solutions are designed for long-term sustainability, reuse, and experience quality.Establishes and governs architecture decision frameworks and review processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with enterprise standards across initiatives and value streams.Drives innovation by evaluating and guiding adoption of emerging technologies with a focus on architectural fit, business value, and reduction of technical debt, operating efficiency and cost.Leads, coaches, and develops a team of Solution and System Architects fostering a high-performing culture centered on design excellence, governance, and continuous improvement. Five (5) or more years of experience in enterprise architecture, including defining and enforcing architecture principles and standards preferred.
