In this exciting role, you will contribute to the development of architectural designs and plans at all stages, assessing materials, finishes, and methods while analyzing data and performing feasibility studies. You will also monitor and supervise project work and services.

As a key member of our enthusiastic team, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

Architectural Design: Collaborate on planning, design, construction, testing, communication, evaluation, and implementation of architectural solutions.Engineering Drawings: Assist senior colleagues in creating engineering drawings that effectively communicate and implement engineering solutions.Engineering Solutions Design: Participate in feasibility testing for proposed engineering solutions, providing valuable feedback for design validation.Building Surveys: Conduct building and technical surveys with guidance from experienced surveyors to assess building conditions and identify risks.Construction Advice: Offer straightforward information regarding construction regulations for building maintenance, alterations, and construction.Building Information Modeling (BIM): Assist in designing layouts and maps reflecting property scope and parameters of constructions.Personal Capability Building: Enhance your skills by engaging in training, education, and development planning activities to stay updated on industry best practices.Feasibility Studies: Support and document technological and organizational aspects of feasibility studies.Bid Solicitation/Tender Analysis: Analyze project requirements and feasibility related to bid solicitations.What You Will Bring to the Team:

Education: Currently enrolled in an Architecture, Interior Design, or related Bachelor's or Master's degree program.

Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Salary Range: $23.00 to $26.00 based on experience and location.
