We are seeking a passionate Design Intern to join our Architecture Design Studio team. This role involves developing architectural plans and projects at various stages, including setting materials, finishes, and methodologies; analyzing data; and preparing technical and financial feasibility studies. You'll play a vital part in monitoring and supervising project work.

As a member of an enthusiastic and high-performing team, your involvement will encompass a variety of tasks:
Architectural Design: Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of innovative architectural solutions.Engineering Drawings: Work under the guidance of senior colleagues to create precise engineering drawings for effective project communication.Engineering Solutions Design: Help implement feasibility testing of proposed solutions and provide feedback to validate designs.Building Surveys: Undertake comprehensive building and technical surveys to assess conditions, identify defects, and evaluate risks.Construction Advice: Deliver straightforward guidance related to construction regulations concerning building maintenance and alterations.Building Information Modeling (BIM): Assist in designing layouts that align with property scope and construction parameters.Personal Capability Building: Engage in professional development activities and stay updated on industry best practices through education and training.Feasibility Studies: Support the documentation of findings from feasibility studies, focusing on technological and organizational aspects.Bid Solicitation Analysis: Evaluate project requirements during the bid solicitation process and assess the feasibility of organizational capabilities.What You Will Need:
Education: Currently enrolled in an Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent Bachelor's or Master's degree program.Experience: No previous experience required—enthusiasm to learn is essential!Salary Range: $23.00 to $26.00, depending on experience and location.
