We are looking for an experienced Designer III to serve as a project-level technical leader on our in-house architecture team. You will own architectural production for assigned retail projects end-to-end, lead consultant and tenant coordination, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior staff — playing a critical role in keeping the portfolio moving forward cleanly and efficiently. Ensures assigned projects advance cleanly, accurately, and efficiently — translating design intent and tenant criteria into permitting-ready deliverables while leading coordination across consultants, tenants, and internal teams. • Lead architectural production for assigned retail projects from concept through permit issuance • 8+ years of architectural production experience, with demonstrated project ownership in retail, commercial, or mixed-use development
