Architecture Designer lll _ NY

This position requires advanced knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and design documentation. Research applicable codes, project ordinances, and guidelines for each identified project. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design charrettes to communicate design solutions and address client feedback. Coordinate with contractors during pre-construction phases to ensure the constructability of the project design. Review and incorporate third party review comments (to include: client, end-user, ADA, waterproofing, and client-appointed consultants) into the construction documents.
