Architecture Expert

This role provides deep technical expertise in a specialized engineering discipline and ensures new technologies, components, and solutions align with platform standards, product requirements, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Define, develop, and maintain system and component architecture requirements, specifications, and design guidelinesEnsure new technologies, components, and product developments align with established platform and subsystem strategiesDrive standardization initiatives to improve product performance, scalability, and development efficiencyProvide technical leadership and expertise for complex product and technology development projectsEvaluate technical alternatives and recommend innovative solutions to address business and customer needsLead technical investigations, root cause analyses, and resolution of complex engineering challengesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier partnersInfluence product architecture roadmaps and long-term technology strategiesServe as a technical reference and mentor for engineering teams within the region and across global organizationsSupport partnerships with external organizations, research institutions, and universities to advance technology developmentPromote engineering best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across projects and teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred7+ years of engineering, product development, or architecture experienceDemonstrated success leading complex technical projects from concept through implementationDeep expertise within a specific engineering discipline, technology area, or product domainExperience developing technical requirements, system architectures, and design standardsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilitiesProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively in a global matrix organizationExcellent communication and technical presentation skills
