Architecture - Lead Architect

As Lead Architectural Designer, you will be at the center of our design and construction process — creating efficient, aesthetically compelling, and buildable residential floor plans while ensuring seamless alignment between architectural vision and construction reality. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in residential design or production home building Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; additional design software experience a plus Strong working knowledge of residential building codes and permitting processes Curious, growth-minded, and eager to contribute to a team that's building something great Design functional, innovative residential floor plans aligned with market trends and builder specifications Develop and maintain accurate architectural drawings and full construction plan sets using Revit and AutoCAD Revise and update plans based on construction feedback and evolving project needs Collect field feedback to inform ongoing design improvements and efficiency gains Ensure full compliance with local codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements Serve as a resource for field teams — interpreting plans, answering questions, and resolving issues as they arise This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm (40–45 hours per week).
