Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for an Architecture & Design Leader - Workplace to drive and oversee their company strategy for one of their local divisions. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability. Hybrid position Base salary of $150-180k+ commission Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement PTO, Vacation Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm Experience with workplace projects is preferred
