This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.

Base salary of $150-180k+ commission

Architecture & Design Leader - Workplace: Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
Experience with workplace projects is preferred
