Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. ResponsibilitiesManage a team of architects and engineers providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction processDevelop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with clients and project stakeholdersCoordinate with external contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of project milestonesConduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during constructionReview architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulationsCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in scopeEnsure quality control throughout the design and construction process, making necessary adjustments as neededRequirementsBachelors degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processesExcellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesProven leadership abilities with experience managing a teamStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholdersSalary: $1700/month negotiable based on experience This position is open to all nationalities. English proficiency is preferred but not required.
