Architecture Project Associate

Gray Design Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the architecture team in the execution and coordination of projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions Support staff onboarding and training in project processes and software tools Assist in implementing firm-wide standards and procedures Actively participate in internal learning sessions, design critiques and cross-team knowledge sharing to foster continuous growth Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in architecture or design firms preferred Experience supporting project teams and managing documentation is a plus Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality deliverables Professional communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Office-based role at Gray Design Group’s St. Louis location with occasional site visits as required by projects Standard weekday working hours with occasional flexibility for project deadlines or client meetings Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods Light lifting or file movement required for project documentation organization This is an office-based role at Gray Design Group’s St. Louis location.
