Architecture Project Lead

Project Lead is the key point person on a team working under direction of the Project Manager or Project Executive to deliver a project. Project Lead is the person in charge of the day-to-day responsibilities of a project, responsible for design, coordination with consultants, internal and external team members, and organization of Construction Documentation. Works closely with QA/QC team to ensure complete project review and supports activities of the Project Manager. Strong experience and demonstrated proficiency in all design phases including a minimum of five completed projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.Experience organizing & assembling construction documents; proven technical skills in detailing.Superb communication skills with consultants, clients, and contractors; experience coordinating work of consulting engineers.Technically skilled; strong experience using Revit, 3-D modeling software; BIM proficiency.Strong organizational, teamwork, collaborative and mentoring skills.Ability to run internal meetings, consultant meetings, and to prepare and coordinate required project presentations.Actively involved in Business Development opportunities.Seen as an emerging leader in the company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:DESIGN
