Meridian Architecture is seeking a skilled Architectural Project Leader with a few years under their belt, ready to drive impactful projects in the Nashville region. This role blends remote flexibility with local on-site engagement, perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural projects from design through construction, ensuring quality and code compliance.
Initiate and manage project schedules, tasks, and team coordination with minimal oversight.
Communicate clearly with clients and collaborators, balancing remote collaboration with on-site needs.

3-5 years of architectural experience, confident in leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of architectural experience.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Proficiency in Revit, with experience developing complex construction documents.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Lumion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
