Architecture Project Lead

Project Lead is the key point person on a team working under direction of the Project Manager or Project Executive to deliver a project. Project Lead is the person in charge of the day-to-day responsibilities of a project, responsible for design, coordination with consultants, internal and external team members, and organization of Construction Documentation. Strong experience and demonstrated proficiency in all design phases including a minimum of five completed projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage the work of others on the project team.
