Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited architectural program.Minimum 5 years of experience, preferredCertification as a licensed professional, preferred Expert knowledge of leading a successful Architecture Practice.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and develop technical and professional skills.Must be able to listen and communicate effectivelyMust be a self-starter, team player and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, team members, and other employeesMust be able to perform work-related travel and have a valid driver’s licenseMust be local to GMC office Periodic travel to project sites to support field investigations, construction administration, and quality assurance activities.Attendance at client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and presentations, which may occur off-site or at client locations.Participation in site observations during key construction milestones or to address complex field conditions.Occasional travel between office locations to support project coordination, staff collaboration, and practice initiatives.Limited overnight travel may be required, depending on project location and scope.
