Architecture Project Manager

Your Role:

Collaborate within a dynamic team, engaging with clients, consultants, architects, and emerging professionals on active projects.Serve as the primary contact for clients while preparing strategic plans and managing project budgets and schedules.Oversee contract negotiations, billing, and project close-out tasks to ensure seamless project execution.Coordinate architectural drawings and ensure all necessary approvals from quality assurance teams are obtained.Foster strong communication between the project team, clients, contractors, and consultants to enhance project outcomes.Deliver exceptional design quality and ensure client satisfaction throughout all project phases.Your Strengths:

Proven technical production skills with the ability to create design and construction documents effectively.Proficiency in Revit is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of relevant building codes.LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing it is a plus.Effective team leadership and mentoring capabilities to encourage the growth of emerging professionals.Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution.8+ years of design experience preferred.What We Offer:
