Architecture Project Manager - Data Centers (Hybrid)

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for a Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team in any of our offices within the US! Our new Project Manager will lead poject teams through all phases of project execution including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration. Manage project teams through all project phases. Create and maintain detailed Project Charters including a comprehensive QA/QC plan for all project work.Assist with the development of project proposals and RFP responses as requested.Continuously monitor project financial status and complete intermediate financial reviews with Team Leads or Principal-in-Charge (PIC).
