Architecture Senior Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited architectural program • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience • Architect registered in Georgia or completed NCARB Program • Proficient in Revit • Must be able to listen and communicate effectively • Must be a self-starter, team player and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, team members, and other employees • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to adapt with changing business needs • Ability to use good judgment and make timely decisions This role is based in Georgia and primary travel would be your immediate vicinity or across the State of Georgia as travel to project sites may be required. The GMC Georgia Architecture Studio is a community of 30+ knowledgeable planning and design professionals that operate with a collaborative, client-focused, team approach.
