The Crowd is working with a highly regarded architecture and design practice that is looking for an Architecture Studio Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect to join a well-established firm with a great reputation, an impressive portfolio of work and some really talented people.

The practice works across a variety of project types and is known for its collaborative approach, strong design culture and commitment to delivering high-quality architecture.

They are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, offer strong leadership and play an important part in the continued success of the team. You will be working alongside experienced architects and designers, getting involved in some exciting projects and helping to shape the future direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a talented team of architects, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.Oversee a range of architectural projects, ensuring high standards of design and delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team.Work closely with senior colleagues on project strategy, team development and future opportunities.Contribute to the overall success of the practice, bringing new ideas and a proactive approach.

Key Skills/Requirements

10+ years of experience within an established architecture or design practice.A strong architectural background with experience working across a variety of project types.Previous experience leading teams, managing projects and working directly with clients.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, approachable leadership style.Someone who is confident, personable and enjoys being part of a creative team. Architectural licensure is preferred.
